I found Ionize, for both their managed SOC service and penetration testing services, to be professional and of a high quality.  As the SOC contract is ongoing, I found their willingness to listen and adapt to feedback is very positive.  They were able to tailor their processes and communications to meet our needs, which is greatly appreciated.  Overall, I have found the SOC service and the associated team, a valuable asset, and I consider them a key partner in maintaining the security of my agency.  As we are a small agency, especially with the current skills shortages, having a partner I can trust is vital to maintain the integrity of our information and systems.

Ionize worked seamlessly with all stakeholders during our Penetration test. Our specialist (Nicholas) alerted us to findings throughout the test period allowing us to respond appropriately. Findings were presented clearly, in the report and during the debrief. Knowledge imparted from the Ionize team allowed us to have clear and targeted conversations with our IT managed service provider and improve our security posture.
